After being raised by her grandfather, the head of the Senagaki crime syndicate, Isaku hopes to hide her lineage and live a peaceful student life. She dreams of falling in love like any other teenager, but her childhood caretaker Keiya has different ideas.

Determined to shield her from danger and potential suitors, the twenty-six-year-old Keiya fakes his way into high school. This creates a difficult balance for Isaku as she navigates adolescent drama, a story that also inspired a 2023 anime adaptation.
